How it works

Three steps is all it takes.

01

Enter your details

Add your name, title, company, and contact info. Leave out whatever you don't need.

02

Pick your look

Three templates to choose from. Set an accent color that fits your brand.

03

Paste into Gmail

Click copy, open Gmail settings, paste in the signature editor, and save.

Features

What you get.

Works in Gmail and Google Workspace

Paste it once in settings and it shows up on every email you send.

No account needed to try

Build and copy your signature without signing up. Your details stay in your browser.

Three tested templates

All three use table layouts with inline styles so they render correctly in every email client.

Eight accent colors

Pick one that matches your brand. The whole signature updates with one click.

Works for individuals and teams

Share the link. Each person fills in their own details and copies their own version.

Clean HTML, nothing extra

No tracking pixels, no external images, no surprises when it lands in someone's inbox.

Templates

Choose your style.

All three use inline CSS and table layouts so they look right in Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is Signify really free?

Yes, completely. No account, no credit card, no limits. Build as many signatures as you want and copy them all.

Does it work with Google Workspace?

Yes. Paste the copied signature directly into Gmail settings under Settings → General → Signature. It works for personal Gmail accounts and Google Workspace accounts the same way.

Will it work in Outlook?

Yes. Use the 'Copy for Outlook' button instead of the Gmail one — it produces a slightly different HTML layout optimised for Outlook's renderer. Paste it in Outlook under File → Options → Mail → Signatures.

Do I need to sign up or create an account?

No. Your signature is saved in your browser's local storage, so it persists between visits without any account. You can also copy a shareable link to come back to it or send it to a colleague.

Will my signature look the same on mobile?

The signature renders correctly on Gmail for iOS and Android. Use the mobile preview toggle in the builder to see how it looks at phone width before you copy.

Can I use my own photo in the signature?

Yes. Upload a photo in the builder and it gets compressed, resized to 88px, and embedded directly in the signature as a data URI — no external hosting needed.

Are there tracking pixels or external scripts?

None. The generated HTML contains no tracking pixels, no external image requests, and no scripts. What you copy is exactly what lands in the recipient's inbox.

Can I add a legal disclaimer?

Yes. The 'Legal disclaimer / footer text' field in the builder adds your disclaimer below the signature, separated by a thin rule, in a smaller muted typeface — standard placement for confidentiality notices.

Your signature is five minutes away.

No account. No credit card.
